How long are the courses?

The courses run for a year, from the academic year commencing September/July.

Do I take any exams?

Yes, all students partake in the examination process.

Are they recognised accredited courses by employers?

Yes, all the examinations are recognised by employers.

Do I have to pass all subjects before I can progress to the next level?

Yes, it is important to pass all subjects before moving on to the next level.

Can I pay for my course in instalments or does it have to be paid upfront?

You have a choice of monthly instalments or full payment, whichever is easier for the individual.

How many students are there in a class?

There is a maximum of 12 students per class.

Is there a course waiver for the unemployed or if you receive particular benefits?

Yes there is but proof of benefits must be declared.

Can I do more than one course at a time?

Yes, you can do up to 4 courses per time.

Will I be allowed to take a longer time on my course if necessary?

Yes, but with good enough reason(s) stating why this is required.

If I don’t like my course i.e. if it is not ideal for me can I move to a more suitable one?

Yes, just inform the tutor in advance and the necessary arrangements will be put into action.
