Chapeltown & Harehills Learning Project
The project is running a free Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care Course, for those interested in working in the caring profession. The course will start on August 7th to 28th September 2023. On a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 2pm.
Childcare is not provided but we can provide you a list of childcare venues.
To be eligible for the course you must be either:
*Unemployed
*Be on some form of means tested benefit
*If working, you must be working not more than 16 hours a week
*You must have lived in the UK for 3 years
The course will be held on the 2nd floor at the Roundhay Road Resource Centre, Roundhay Road, Harehills, Leeds, LS8 4HS.
